CUPE National Literacy Project – With Doodle, organizing meetings got easier!

E-mail Print PDF

I first heard about Doodle from my colleagues from the CUPE National Literacy Project. We used it to arrange meetings and teleconferences. With members working in every province in Canada and busy with multiple projects, it was very challenging to find a time to meet that would work for everyone.

In the past, we used email to try to set up meetings, and if you’ve ever done that, you know how crazy it can get.

You send the email to invitees with suggested dates and times and then you wait. Oone by one the responses arrive in your Inbox – everyone wants to participate but everyone is available at a different time and date – you try again and again but nothing works!

By now your email Inbox is filling up and you start fantasizing about scheduling the meeting for Sunday at 3 am – surely everyone will be available then!

Doodle helped us. It allowed us to send one message with several dates and times for participants to choose from. Invitees were able to indicate their availability, and we were all able to literally see the best time for our meeting directly in Doodle. Presto! No more scheduling nightmares; no more email mayhem.

We are now able to arrange our meetings quickly and easily.

Give Doodle a try. It makes planning meetings so much easier!
